1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using this website, the guest accepts these Terms and Conditions, which govern the relationship between the guest and the property owner.
2. Booking and Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after payment and receipt of confirmation from the booking system.
3. Payment
Payment can be made using the methods indicated at the time of booking.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms are specified in the booking confirmation or on the dedicated page. In general:
- Cancellations made up to 21 days before the arrival date will be fully refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 21 days before arrival or in case of no-show will not be refunded.
5. Check‑in and Check‑out
Punctuality and respect for check-in/check-out times help organize cleaning and subsequent bookings.
6. House Rules
The guest agrees to respect the internal house rules (noise, smoking, cleanliness, respect for furnishings). Any damage caused by the guest will be charged to them.
7. Liability
The property owner is not responsible for the guest’s personal belongings or for damages caused by factors beyond the owner’s control. The guest is responsible for the proper use of the property during the stay.
8. Personal Data
Personal data provided for bookings or contacts will be processed in accordance with the GDPR and applicable law, as indicated in our Privacy Policy.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of the country where the apartment is located (Italy or France). In case of any dispute, the competent court will be that of the location of the rented property.
