We operate in the most exclusive locations of the French Riviera — Beausoleil on the Monaco border, Nice, Cannes — as well as in Italy, with a selected presence in Turin and Venice, offering a service designed for a national and international clientele.
Our origins: experience, vision, and reliability
ChezToi CASA was founded from the experience of Turin-based entrepreneur Alberto Mariani, who boasts over 25 years of activity in the real estate sector between France and Italy.
Throughout his career, Alberto Mariani has developed a deep understanding of markets, real estate dynamics, and the expectations of a demanding clientele. From the direct management of his own properties arose the need to create a dedicated structure, initially conceived for his homes and those of his closest clients: a model based on trust, discretion, and absolute care for real estate assets.
A modern, value-driven leadership
The operational and strategic management of ChezToi CASA is entrusted to Catalina Brinca, Director and Head of Operations of the project.
A dynamic and determined entrepreneur, Catalina stands out for her strong organizational skills and her ability to enhance and optimize properties, combined with a modern and international sensibility. Despite her young age, she has developed an efficient, precise, and results-oriented working method, ensuring owners a transparent, timely, and highly professional management.
