• Please respect the check-in and check-out times.
• Any requests outside these hours must be arranged in advance.

• The apartment must be used with care and respect, as if it were your own home.
• Moving furniture or equipment without authorization is prohibited.
• Any damages must be reported promptly.

🚭 Smoking

• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas, if available, using ashtrays.

🎉 Noise and Quiet

• Please respect the condominium quiet hours, especially from 22:00 to 08:00.
• Parties or unauthorized events are not allowed.

👥 Guests

• Access is allowed only to registered guests. External visitors must be approved in advance.

🐾 Pets

• Pets are not allowed.

🔑 Keys and Security

• Keys must be kept safely. In case of loss, please inform management immediately.

♻️ Waste Sorting

• Please respect local waste sorting rules.
